Betty Janowsky

NORTH TONAWANDA —  

Betty Janowsky, of North Tonawanda, age 85, went home to be with the Lord unexpectedly on December 30, 2012. Mrs. Janowsky was born on August 9, 1927 in Buffalo, daughter of the late John and Gladys Steiner. Betty was a member of Full Gospel Fellowship, she also taught ladies bible study for over 40 years. Her biggest enjoyment was spending time with her family.
Mrs. Janowsky is predeceased by her husband, the late Bruce Janowsky, who passed away in 2003. Beloved mother of Jean (Donald) Lacey, Michael (Suzanne) Janowsky and Sharon (James) Hoelsher; sister of John (Anne) Steiner of Florida. Betty is also survived by six grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call on WEDNESDAY from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the WATTENGEL Funeral Home, 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda, where Funeral Services will be held on THURSDAY at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in Acacia Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to World Vision in Betty's memory.
