NORTH TONAWANDA —  

Linda J. (nee Kiernan) Brodie, age 59, of North Tonawanda, suddenly on December 27, 2012. Linda was an employee of Niagara County Community College. Beloved wife of Charles Brodie, who was Navy veteran of 27 years. As a Navy spouse, Linda moved 28 times in 27 years, from Sigonella, Sicily, Norfolk, VA, Florida, Louisiana, New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, and Rhode Island.
She was the daughter of Richard and Rita Kiernan of North Tonawanda. Dear sister of Nancy (Jay) Ross of Niagara Falls and Patrick Kiernan of North Tonawanda. Sister-in-law of Susan Kiernan of North Tonawanda and William (Mary Lou) Brodie of Wilson, NY. Loving aunt of Mike (Chelsea) Ross, Ryan (Danielle) Ross, Shaun (Kelly) Ross, Kristen (Nathan) Baronich and Kelly Baronich. Loving great-aunt of Matthew, Alexis, Hayden, Mason and Liam.
Friends may call at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241 Oliver St. at Ward Rd. in North Tonawanda on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 PM an 7-9 PM. Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 AM. If so desired, memorials may be made to the SPCA or the Boy Scouts of America.
