NORTH TONAWANDA —
Barbara L. (nee Lucas) Kulsar, age 78, of North Tonawanda, passed peacefully, surrounded by loving family, on January 25, 2013 after a very brief illness. Born in Kenmore, NY, the daughter of the late Michael and Mildred Lucas, Barbara spent her life in devoted, kind and compassionate service to others as a mental health counselor and social worker.
She is survived and will be dearly missed by her sons, Jay and Scot; her daughters, Michelle and Jolie; and her grandchildren, Terri, Jessica Renee Rebecca, Tyler and Robert.
A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family. Those wishing to honor Barbara are asked to make a small donation in her name to the Erie County SPCA in memory of her love of animals. Arrangements by the SABER FUNERAL HOME (692-0271).
