Stella Galas

NORTH TONAWANDA —  

Stella Galas, age 89, of North Tonawanda, Monday (February 11, 2013) at Sisters of Charity Hospital, after a long illness. Stella was a member of Our Lady of Czestochowa Church. She was a life long home maker whose life was filled with caring for her children and grandchildren. Wife of the late Lester Galas and predeceased by three brothers and three sisters.
Dear mother of Michael (Deborah) Galas, Kathleen (John) See, Lawrence Galas, Martin Galas, Robert Galas and Nancy (Brian) Stuff. Proud grandmother of Todd (Dannielle) Galas, Matthew (Sarah) Galas, Rene See, Thomas See, Brian (Jocelyn) Galas, Danielle Galas, Jacqueline Galas, Cory, Robert and Chad Stuff. Great-grandmother of Olivia, Ella, Owen and Sydney. Sister of Rose (the late Benny) Wesolowski. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends received by the family on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 10-11 AM at the Brunner Funeral Home, (692-3841) 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda, where services will be held at 11:00 AM. Interment at White Chapel Memorial Park will follow.
