Frank M. Schebell

NORTH TONAWANDA — Frank M. Schebell, age 92, of North Tonawanda, was proud to serve in WWII, five Major Campaigns, and was a recipient of the Certificate of Merit. He served on the North Tonawanda Police Force for 30 years. In retirement, he was happiest when spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren and great-grandson. He was a loving husband and an exceptional father.

He was the beloved husband of the late Marion Schebell; dear father of Rayma Schebell, Rachael Schebell and Rebecca Bulger; grandfather of Jeffrey (Jennifer) Symmonds, Jamie Symmonds and John Bulger; great-grandfather of Daniel Jude Symmonds; brother of Joseph (Kathryn) Schebell, James (Irene) Schebell, and the late Salvatore Schebell, Rose Scarpinato, Carrie Schebell, Isabelle Diraefel, and Mary Marotta; brother-in-law of Kathryn Martina, and Yolanda Schebell; uncle of several nieces and nephews.

No prior visitation, private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements by the FRETTHOLD FUNERAL HOME, INC. If desired, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo, 225 Como Park Blvd., Cheektowaga, NY or Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport NY 14094.
