Marjorie J. Morgan

TONAWANDA — Marjorie (nee Benscoter) Morgan, age 80, of Michigan, formerly of North Tonawanda, died    Saturday, December 15, 2012, after a long illness.  Born in Nanticoke, PA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Bel (nee Naugle) Benscoter and had been a resident of North Tonawanda for the greater part of her life before moving to Michigan after the death of her husband. She was the wife of the late Willard R. Morgan, her loving husband of 60 years, who died in 2010; and mother of the late June Keeney, who died in 2003.

She is survived by her daughter, Dr. Cindy (Jim Hall) Morgan; her son, Rev. Lynn (Sandy) Morgan; three grandsons, Kyle (Jourdan Schneider)  Morgan, Drew W. Morgan and Spencer M. Keeney; and a sister, Edna Michael. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends after 1 PM on Sunday, December 30, 2012, at the HAMP            FUNERAL HOME, Inc., 37 Adam Street at Seymour, Tonawanda, where a memorial service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday. If desired, memorials to the Alzheimer's Association are        preferred by the family.
