Ada DiFrancesco

NORTH TONAWANDA —  

Ada (Mallone) DiFrancesco, 69, of North Tonawanda, on Tuesday (January 1, 2013), in Mercy Hospital, surrounded by her family. Mrs. DiFrancesco was born on March 23, 1943 to Louis and Josephine (Perry) Mallone in Torrice Frosinone, Italy. Ada was a former member of Ascension R.C. Church, St. Jude the Apostle Parish, former member of St. Anne's Society, and Renaissance Club. Mrs. DiFrancesco was a Teacher's Aid for the North Tonawanda School District, she enjoyed crocheting in her spare time, must of all Ada loved cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
]Ada is survived by her husband, Guido DiFrancesco; mother of Lisa and Anthony DiFrancesco; sister of Fernando (Ursula), Filberto (Agnes) Mallone, Angelina Ciccotti, and Fedina (Fernando) Baliva. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call on Thursday from 7-9 PM and on Friday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 307 Oliver St., North Tonawanda. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday at 10 AM from St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 800 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda. If desired, donations may be made to the family.
