Michael J. Wolf

BUFFALO — Michael J. Wolf, age 64, of the City of Tonawanda, Wednesday, December 12, 2012, at Mercy Hospital in South Buffalo. A lifelong resident of Tonawanda, he was the son of the late Herbert G. and Rosemond B. Wolf. Michael was a 1966 graduate of Tonawanda High School and        received his BSEE at the University of Buffalo. He had been employed as an Electrical Engineer in various Western New York industries. He was a member of the Niagara Hose Co. #3 and the IEEE Society. Michael was an avid motocross rider, hunter and fisherman.

He is survived by his former wife, Dawn L. (nee Armantrout) Wolf of Tonawanda; three sons, Prescott T. (Lisa) Jones of Las Vegas, NV; Jameson E. Jones of Ft. Lauderdale, FL; and Joseph M. Wolf of Tonawanda; his sister, Lynda (Richard) Cyran of North Tonawanda; and two brothers, Peter G. (Gail) Wolf of Tonawanda and Charles H. (Christine) Wolf of North Tonawanda. Also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may call Sunday only from 2:00-6:00 PM at John O. Roth Funeral Home, Inc., 25 William St. (between Morgan & Broad Sts.), in Tonawanda, where funeral services will be conducted at 6:00 Sunday evening following the visitation. Chaplain William Miles will officiate. A private interment will be in Elmlawn Cemetery.
