Tonawanda News — We’ve had an abnormally dry summer. If you want your city to look beautiful with flowers & trees that need watering often, don’t complain when they raise your taxes. I can live without them!

As if Billy Fuccillo wasn’t annoying enough he also mispronounces the cars he sells. The word Hyundai rhymes with Sunday. His sidekick Abbey says it right but he always pronounces it wrong.

Let’s talk about Mitt Romney’s character, or should I say lack of character. He has put out campaign ads that have been proved to be a complete lie. He claims President Obama wants to end early voting for members of the military in Ohio. That is a blatant lie! President Obama wants to extend early voting to everyone in Ohio. Under the Republican governor, the early voting that was in place in Ohio was stopped except for members of the military who are in service. Under the Republicans, voters will lose the opportunity to vote early. Romney is claiming that the president is snubbing our military, he states that the president is trying to take away early voting from servicemen. Romney is a liar. He will say anything to get elected regardless of the truth. Pathetic.

The reason Wurlitzer Drive was opened to D’Angelo Drive is so the people that live on Ellwood, Linden, Eddy, Leah, Fillner, D’Angelo, Pierce and Strad can make a left onto Erie with a traffic light. I believe Walmart paid for it. Thanks to the mayor for following through and getting this done before the traffic gets even heavier on Erie.
