n Deadline for registering for the Teen Shooting Academy. Rifle and handgun classes are held at the Mohawk Rifle and Pistol Club in Tonawanda; shotgun classes are held at the West Falls Conservation Society. Handgun classes begin Feb. 22 for students ages 14 to 20. A $30 fee includes cartridges, targets, books and use of all shooting equipment. Eight classes in session the second and fourth Monday of each month from 6:30 to 9 p.m. Feb. 15 begins the shotgun class for ages 12 to 20. Cost is $50.
