MISCHIEF: Heather J. Straccamore, 26, 1465 Kingston Ave., was arrested Friday for fourth-degree criminal mischief. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

HARASSMENT: Paul W. Schwandt, 42, 64 Theodore St., Buffalo, was arrested Friday for second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

HARASSMENT: Jessica E. White, 20, 671 Oliver St., Apt. 3, was arrested Thursday for aggravated harassment. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

PROBATION: Andrew F. Hurley, 24, 1012 Gilmore Ave., Apt. 2, was arrested Thursday for violating his probation. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.



City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Nicole J. Fornier, 27, 94 Amsterdam Ave., surrendered Friday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. She was held for court.

WARRANT: Andrew A. Loeser, 22, 227 William St. was arrested Thursday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Susan Friedline, 16 Blum Ave., Buffalo, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for resisting arrest, second-degree obstructing government administration, false personation, third-degree menacing, second-degree harassment and second-degree coercion. All fines were paid.

CONTEMPT: Scott H. Petrie, 26, 100 Sudbury Lane, Williamsville, was arrested Thursday for second-degree harassment and first-degree felony contempt. He was held for court.



Town of Tonawanda

ADWI: Heather B. Cartwright was charged at 2:35 a.m. Thursday with aggravated DWI and failure to keep right. Cartwright was stopped for driving in the on-coming lane when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Cartwright allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.20 percent blood alcohol content. Cartwright was held for court.

DWI: Stephanie A. Frank was charged at 3:26 a.m. Thursday with DWI, speeding and aggravated unlicensed operation. Frank was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Frank allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.12 percent blood alcohol content. Frank was held for court.

DWI: Matthew A. Louiso was charged at 12:49 a.m. Thursday with DWI and talking on a cell phone while driving. Louiso was stopped for talking on a cell phone when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Louiso allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.17 percent blood alcohol content. Louiso was held for court.

DWI: Michael R. Grzelewski was charged at 12:15 a.m. Thursday with DWI and speeding. Grzelewski was stopped for speeding when the officer detected the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Grzelewski allegedly failed field sobriety tests and a chemical breath test revealed a 0.21 percent blood alcohol content. Grzelewski was held for court.
