SEX OFFENDER: Anthony M. Fiorella, 22, no permanent address, was charged at 2:12 p.m. Wednesday with a sex registry violation. Fiorella is being held for court at the Niagara County Jail. North Tonawanda police said they did not have further details.
CONTEMPT: Thomas L. Jay, 42, 223 Schenk St., upper, was charged at 9:45 p.m. Wednesday with criminal contempt. He was held for court.
DWI: Laurie L. Keem, 44, 245 Jackson Ave., was charged at 12:53 a.m Thursday on Oliver Street with DWI. She refused a breathalyzer and was held for court.
