Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

DWI: Nancy J. Giannelli, 46, of Lodsworth Avenue, was arrested Tuesday for aggravated DWI, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of an accident and speeding in a school zone. She allegedly struck Tonawanda Liquor on Broad Street. Her blood alcohol level was 0.27 percent. Giannelli was held for court. 

North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: Gino A. Fascitelli, 41, 671 Oliver Street, Apt. A1, was charged at 1:31 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

DOMESTIC: Ryan M. Carr, 25, 1733 Fillner Ave., was charged at 1:54 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree aggravated harassment. He was held for court. 

MENACING: Andrew J. Vigrass, 20, 14 Henry St., was charged at 3:27 p.m. Monday with second-degree menacing and possession of a weapon. He was held for court.
