Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

MISCHIEF: Mary L. Canino, 42, of Main Street, and her daughter Heather A. Hazelet, 22, of Main Street, were arrested Thursday for criminal mischief and making graffiti. They were writing in freshly poured concrete on city sidewalks. Both were issued appearance tickets. 

North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: Michael S. Empson, 25, 1591 Lockport Road, Youngstown, was charged at 1:46 p.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

LARCENY: Thomas W. McCabe, 35, 36 Hanover St., Tonawanda, was charged at 3:34 p.m. Thursday on Ward Road with fourth-degree grand larceny. He was held for court.
