LARCENY: Ryan C. McDonough was arrested Thursday for petit larceny. He stole beer from a town store and was issued an appearance ticket.
DRUGS: Alfred R. Tatman was arrested Thursday for criminal possession of a controlled substance, operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and driving with unsafe tires. He was driving on Colvin Boulevard and was issued an appearance ticket.
DRUGS: Rachel M. Valkwitch was arrested Friday for criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated DWI, refusal to take a breath test and speeding. Her blood alcohol level was 0.19 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.
PEDDLING: Moses Weary Jr. was arrested Friday for peddling without a permit.
MENACING: Brandon C. Novara was arrested Friday for second-degree menacing, criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use and second-degree harassment. He was involved in a fight with friends and attempted to hit one person with a gardening hoe.

OBSTRUCTING: Brian J. Kwietniewski, 26, of Gatewood Lane, Williamsville, was arrested Sunday for obstructing governmental administration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle and turning without a signal. He ran from his car after being pulled over and is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
North Tonawanda
LARCENY: Kevin A. Gigliotti, 25, 128 Vandervoort St., A3, was charged at 8 a.m. Monday with petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was held for court.
