Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

MENACING: Ian C. Stout, 40, 350 Payne Ave., was charged at 1:50 p.m. Tuesday with unlawful imprisonment, third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment following a domestic dispute. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Daniel J. O’Keefe, 19, 7 Second Ave., was picked up on a warrant and charged at 10:40 p.m. Monday with failure to appear in court for a disorderly conduct charge. He was held for court. 

THEFT: Victoria A. Vitthuhn, 63, 442 Woodin Ave., was charged at 1:32 p.m. Monday with theft of services. She was released on her own recognizance.
