City of Tonawanda
VIOLATION: Caitlin J. Knight, 17, 56 Maple St., was charged at 7:50 p.m. Saturday with unlawfully dealing with a child. Knight allegedly sold cigarettes to an underage decoy even though his ID showed him to be 17. Knight was released on an appearance ticket.
WARRANT: Heather C. Moorhouse, 18 Mosher Dr., surrendered at 2:43 p.m. on a warrant for aggravated harassment. Moorhouse was released on her own recognizance.
DISORDERLY: Brad R. Turner, 55, 73 Hedwig St., Cheektowaga, was charged at 4:57 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct. Police responding to TNT Pizza observed Turner to be highly intoxicated and allegedly rambling about men threatening him with a gun. After officers told him repeatedly to move along, Turner began swearing in the street. He was held until sober and released on an appearance ticket.
ALCOHOL: Matthew E. Reiller, 21, 181 Schenk St., North Tonawanda, was charged at 2:12 a.m. Sunday with providing alcohol to a person under the age of 21, unlawful possession of marijuana and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. William C. Hylton, 19, 148 State St., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of alcohol. Reiller allegedly bought alcohol for several underage teens having a party inside a Tonawanda home, according to reports. Officers discovered marijuana on both Reiller and Hylton. Ten other people were given citations for underage drinking and all were released on appearance tickets.
ALCOHOL: Jesse F. Zellner, 17, 366 Morgan St., was charged at 10:25 p.m. Sunday with unlawful possession of alcohol. Zellner was allegedly present when a 14-year-old boy drank from a bottle of vodka until becoming ill, according to reports. Both Zellner and the juvenile were released on appearance tickets.
