WARRANT: Eli Clark, 18, 55 Evelyn St., was arrested at 8:37 a.m. Wednesday on a warrant for false personation. He was held for court.

DRUGS: Erich S. Waldorf, 21, 5025 Hillcrest Drive, Clarence, was charged at 12:43 a.m. Wednesday with unlawful possession of marijuana. Waldorf was stopped for having a tail light out when the officer noticed the odor of alcohol, according to reports. Waldorf allegedly passed a series of field sobriety tests, but surrendered a small amount of marijuana to officers. Waldorf was released on an appearance ticket.

ASSAULT: Imad H. Abdellatif, 33, 34 Two Mile Creek Road, was charged at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday with assault, menacing, harassment and endangering the welfare of a child. Abdellatif was arrested after a domestic incident and held for court.



North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Robert J. Miller, 31, 495 River Road, Apt. 2, was arrested Wednesday for first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
