Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

MARIJUANA:

Kujtim Krasiniqi, 22, of Solon, N.Y., was charged at 8:02 p.m. Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana. Krasiniqi was a passenger in a vehicle involved in an accident at Broad and Seymour streets. He was released on an appearance ticket.

WARRANT:

Derek J. Schlifke, 24, of Warren Drive, was arrested at 9:08 a.m. Thursday on a warrant for criminal possession of stolen property. He was held for court.

WARRANTS:

Patricia E. Verneus, 19, Channing Place, Town of Tonawanda, surrendered at 10:30 a.m. Thursday on warrants for criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Alexander W. Ranney, 20, of the same address, also surrendered on a warrant for criminal mischief. They were both held for court.

WARRANT:

Alissa Server, 28, of Fairlane Drive, Clarence, surrendered at 1 p.m. Thursday on warrant for DWI. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

PROBATION VIOLATION:

Debra M. Thomas, 56, 1748 Forbes St., was charged at 11:05 a.m. Thursday with a probation violation following an incident on Wheatfield Street. She is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT:

Krystle Lynn Groves, 22, 39 Cranbrook Drive, City of Tonawanda, turned herself in at 3:21 p.m. Thursday on a warrant for failure to answer a city ordinance violation. She is being held in lieu of $100 bail.

DWI:

Alan R. Lee Jr., 32, 2185 Broadway, Buffalo, was charged at 3:05 a.m. Thursday with DWI, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and moving from a lane unsafely. Lee was arrested following a traffic stop on River Road. His blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent following a breath test and he is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
