CONTEMPT: Alberto Perez, 23, 136 Robert Drive, Apt. A-1, was charged at 2:02 p.m. Tuesday with criminal contempt for failing to answer a second-degree harassment charge. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

WARRANT: Glenn R. Wienckowski, 32, of Maple Street, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for disorderly conduct. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Ashley J. Frazier, 24, of 104th Street, Niagara Falls, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for suspended registration. All fines were paid.

WARRANT: Timothy J. Denney, 46, of Adam Street, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Michael D. Mazaika, 33, of Broad Street, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for third-degree assault. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Derrek J. Ford, 22, of Woodstock Avenue, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for suspended registration. All fines were paid.

WARRANT: Jayson. J. Wynkoop, 22, of Old Falls Boulevard, North Tonawanda, surrendered on a warrant Tuesday for unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic violation. He was held for court.
