Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

LARCENY: Antonio Burgos and Earley S. Lipford were arrested Friday for petit larceny and fifth-degree criminal possession of a stolen property. 

DWI: Timothy P. O’Brien, 23, of McKinley Avenue, Niagara Falls, was arrested Sunday for DWI, refusal to take breath test and improper right turn. He was driving near Sheridan Drive and Eggert Road and was issued four traffic tickets. 

DWI: Michael D. Moore, 30, of Crestwood Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Sunday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, DWI, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, failure to stop at stop sign, speeding and having an open container. He was driving on River Road and his blood alcohol was 0.17 percent. He is being held in lieu of $1,000 bail. 

City of Tonawanda 

WARRANT: Heather M. Brown, 23, of Weiss Street, Buffalo, surrendered Thursday on two warrants for larceny. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Carlos W. Torres, 21, of Maryner Towers, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

North Tonawanda

PETIT LARCENY: Charles R. McClinton, 20, and Yvonda G. King, 45, both of 57 Marshall St. Buffalo, were charged at 3:59 p.m. Wednesday with petit larceny. They were held for court.
