DWI: James A. Jones, 54, 7271 Willrose Court, Wheatfield, was charged at 1:05 a.m. Saturday with DWI, speeding and moving from a lane unsafely following a traffic stop on Tremont Street. An officer conducting a radar speed check clocked Joned going 60 mph in a 45 mph zone on the Twin Cities Memorial Highway. Jones smelled of alcohol, reports said and he failed multiple field sobriety tests. His blood alcohol content was measured at 0.14 percent. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Lindsay Raee Peace, 25, 676 Taunton Place, Apt. 1, Buffalo, was charged at 10:09 p.m. Friday with second-degree harassment. She is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
