DRUGS: Zachary S. Gravell, 25, of B Street, Niagara Falls, was arrested Monday for two counts of possession of a forged instrument, two counts of second-degree forgery, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a hypodermic instrument. He allegedly tried to fill forged prescriptions at the Walgreens on Young Street and was held for court.

DWI: Albert D. Penrod, 62, of Gibson Street, was arrested Monday for DWI and seven counts of leaving the scene of a property damage accident. He allegedly hit seven parked cars before police located him in a parking lot. He was sent to Erie County Medical Center for a blood test, where he was admitted due to his intoxicated state. 

LARCENY: Ashley A. Williams, 20, of Longs Avenue, was arrested Tuesday on two warrants for petit larceny and five counts of falsifying business records. She was an employee of the Dollar General, and allegedly stole money from the store. She was held for court.

CONTEMPT: John A. Weaver, 26, 195 Mead St., Apt. C4, was charged at 7:02 p.m. Monday with first-degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
