DWI: Brandon E. Rafter was arrested Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana, DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, speeding and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $600 bail.
DRUGS: Kevin T. Clauss was arrested Tuesday for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and possession of a hypodermic instrument.

WARRANT: Allan D. Pomaranski, 34, West Delevan Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Friday on a traffic warrant and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Kyle S. McGregor, 20, Eugene Street, surrendered Friday on a warrant for petit larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He allegedly stole a women’s purse and was held for court.
