HARASSMENT: Scott A. Reinhardt was arrested Monday for second-degree harassment. He allegedly threatened a clerk at a Mobil Gas station on Colvin Boulevard. 

RESISTING: Justin M. Carpenter was arrested Sunday for resisting arrest. 

DWI: Juliya E. Zaluzhny was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and speeding. Her blood alcohol level was 0.18 percent and she was held for court.

OBSTRUCTION: Christopher M. Leon was arrested Sunday for obstructing governmental administration. 

DRUGS: Ryan J. Boal was arrested Feb. 7 for unlawful possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a controlled substance, having a controlled substance in a non-original container and an equipment violation. He is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
