HARASSMENT: Martin D. Boswell, 20, of Hunt Street, Buffalo, was arrested Monday for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

WARRANT: Donald A. Wittcop Jr., 31, of First Avenue, surrendered on a bench warrant Tuesday for trespassing. He was held for court. 

Kenmore

REPORTING: Andrew J. Fildes, 25, was arrested Nov. 7 for falsely reporting to law enforcement an incident that didn’t occur. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

LARCENY: Philip A. Gasak, 17, was arrested Nov. 7 for petit larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Guy S. Wagner, 52, was arrested Nov. 7 for DWI, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failing to yield right of way to emergency vehicle. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

HARASSMENT: Jack Ogden, 44, was arrested Thursday for disobeying an order of protection and second-degree harassment. He was held for court.

OBSTRUCTING: Trevor R. Sigrist, 32, was arrested Friday for second-degree obstruction of governmental administration. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DWI: Aaron A. Neale, 37, was arrested Saturday for resisting arrest, DWI, failure to keep right and speeding. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Kendall D. Davis, 24, was arrested Sunday for DWI, speeding and refusal to take the breath test. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: Nicolas B. Langavin, 18, 138 Main St., rear, was charged at 3:41 p.m. Monday with second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

POSSESSION: Daniel J. O’Keefe, 19, 32 16th Ave., was charged at 1:11 p.m. Monday with petit larceny, fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal

possession of marijuana.

He is being held in lieu of

$125 bail.
