BLOTTER: Police reports published March 10, 2010

City of Tonawanda

ACCIDENT: A Mitchell Drive woman called police Monday afternoon to report being the victim of a hit-and-run car accident. The woman said she was driving west on Syracuse Street when a green car traveling east struck her vehicle causing body damage and a flat tire. The driver of the green car, which witnesses said was possibly a Pontiac, drove away. No suspects were listed in the report.

LARCENY: Sean T. Slusser, 26, 42 Baitz Ave., Buffalo, was charged with petit larceny Monday afternoon after two employees at the Tops on Young Street said he tried to leave the store with several items he had not purchased. Slusser was released on an appearance ticket.

RESISTING ARREST: Samantha A. Spencer, 38, 770 Mill Road, West Seneca, was charged at 5:30 p.m. Monday with disorderly conduct, trespassing and resisting arrest. An employee at a Broad Street bar called police when Spencer, who according to reports was drunk, wouldn't leave. When officers tried to tell her to leave, she became violent. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: Ian C. Stout, 38, 350 Payne Ave., was arrested Monday for third-degree menacing and second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

CONTEMPT: Kish Mosher, 38, 116 Robert Drive, Apt. 2, was arrested Monday for second-degree criminal contempt. Mosher was held for court.

LEAVING THE SCENE: James E. Hinchey, 18, 408 Schenck St., was arrested Monday for leaving the scene of an injury accident, speeding, driving without a license and failure to keep right. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
