Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Michael Empson, 25, of Lockport Road, Youngstown, was picked up by Niagara Falls police on an unrelated matter and turned over to Tonawanda police at 1:54 p.m. Saturday on a petit larceny warrant. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: David R. Dierdorf, 44, 749 Nash Road, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear to answer a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle at 12:36 a.m. Saturday. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

WARRANT: Eugene M. Boehringer, 39, 428 Oliver St., upper, was charged at 1:13 a.m. Saturday with failure to pay a fine stemming from a disorderly conduct conviction. He is being held in lieu of $200 bail.

FALSE REPORT: Brian C. Lowry, 32, 201 Lincoln Ave., was charged at 3:28 a.m. Saturday with falsely reporting an incident. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.
