DRUGS: Joshuah J. Capozzi was arrested Wednesday for two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was driving near Kenmore Avenue and Pickford Avenue. Capozzi was held for court. Daniel S. Rich was also arrested Wednesday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was a passenger in Capozzi’s vehicle. Rich was held for court.

WARRANT: John M. Ferenc, 82, of Fletcher Street, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for second-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.
WARRANT: Amanda L. Aikin, 20, of Stenzil Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for larceny. She was held for court.
