TRESPASSING: Rudolph K. Torrico, 48, of Adam Street, was arrested Friday for trespassing. He was allegedly dumping building supplies in a dumpster on Hackett Drive. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DWI: Melissa M. Hanson, 28, of Eggert Road, was arrested Saturday for DWI, passing a red light and driving with a suspended license. Her blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent and she was held for court. 

DWI: Aric J. Wadosky, 23, of Brittany Drive, Amherst, was arrested Saturday for DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, improper left turn and passing a stop sign. His blood alcohol level was 0.12 percent and he was held for court.

North Tonawanda

DWI: Mark D. Smith, 47, of Niagara Falls Boulevard, was arrested Friday for aggravated DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

WARRANT: Nicholas L. Bowman, 21, of Walden Avenue, Cheektowaga, was arrested Friday on a warrant for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

DWI: Thaddius J. Huston, 22, of Cherry Street, Lockport, was arrested Saturday for aggravated DWI, failure to keep right and improper left turn. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail. 

TRESPASSING: Eric J. Valery, 30, of Tremont Street, was arrested Saturday for trespassing. He is being held in lieu of $100.
