Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Clarence G. Sanford, 47, of Victoria Boulevard, Kenmore, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

HARASSMENT: Damian Z. Pfister, 26, of Niagara Street, was arrested Sunday for criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and two counts of criminal contempt. He was held for court.

IMPERSONATION: John G. Gaddis, 24, of Remington Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Saturday for criminal impersonation. He was held for court.

DWI: Brian D. Dabek, 42, of Carney Street, was arrested Saturday for DWI, possession of a weapon, unsafe backing, driving across the center line and refusing a blood alcohol test. He was held for court.

DWI: Andrew J. Wozniak, 48, of Rumbold Avenue, North Tonawanda was arrested Sunday for DWI, aggravated DWI, crossing the center line and not weating his seatbelt. Wozniak had a blood alcohol level of 0.21 percent. He was held for court.

LARCENY: Joshua J. Hayes, 24, of Rusher Road, Alden, was arrested Sunday for petit larceny, after police said he stole multiple bottles of beer from the Sunoco station on Delaware Road. He was held for court.

North Tonawanda 

HARASSMENT: Alexi M. Salamone, 25, 76 Dekalb St., Tonawanda, was charged at 6:07 p.m. Saturday with second-degree harassment. Salamone was released on her own recognizance. 

DWI: Randall T. Marinchek, 56, of North Tonawanda, was charged at 6:34 p.m. Friday with DWI. Marinchek had a blood alcohol content of 0.17 percent and was released on $250 bail.
