Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

PETIT LARCENY: Michele R. Macielag, 52, of Coshway Place, was charged at 3:04 p.m. Friday with petit larceny. Employees at the Tops supermarket on Niagara Street said Macielag allegedly tried to leave the store without paying for several items including fruit, Miralax and Preparation H. She was released on an appearance ticket.

LEAVING THE SCENE: Paul E. Donoughe, 41, 2625 North Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and speeding following an incident on South Lane at 9:23 a.m. Saturday. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: Philip J. Aiello, 24, 770 E. Robinson St., Apt. 1, turned himself in on a warrant issued Friday for second-degree harassment and endangering the welfare of a child resulting from a domestic dispute. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.
