WARRANT: Jason M. Hiczewski, 35, of Dirkson Street, West Seneca, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for criminal contempt. He was held for court.
ENDANGERING: Melissa R. Leader, 43, of Clinton Street, was arrested Tuesday for three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She allegedly left three children in a vehicle while she was shopping at Tops on Niagara Street. The children were 8, 6 and 3 years old. Leader was issued an appearance ticket.

RESISTING: Thomas E. Patterson, 26, no address, was charged at 3:27 a.m. Wednesday with first-degree resisting arrest and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was held for court.
