Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DWI: James M. Eoannou was arrested Sunday for DWI, changing lanes with a hazard and an equipment violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.13 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

DWI: Matthew K. Schiarone was arrested Friday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle without insurance, failure to notify change of home and an equipment violation. His blood alcohol content was 0.10 percent and he was issued traffic tickets. 

North Tonawanda

PROBATION: Tyler R. Schnell, 23, of Brundage Avenue, was arrested Wednesday for violating his probation. He is being held without bail. 

MARIJUANA: Randall T. Marinchek Jr., 32, of Master Street, was arrested Wednesday for growing cannabis and unlawful possession of marijuana. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

DWI: Steven W. McGinnis, 28, of Lockport Road, Town of Niagara, was arrested Wednesday for DWI, DWAI and possession of marijuana. He was released on his own recognizance.

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Amber C. Okon, 23, of Rumboldt Avenue, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. She was held for court.

WARRANT: Trey A. Petrina, 21, of Niagara Street, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. All fines were paid.

WARRANT: Joseph M. O’Neil, 22, of Mang Avenue, Kenmore, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All fines were paid.

WARRANT: Ethan J. Shell, 22, of Niagara Falls Boulevard, Niagara Falls, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All fines were paid.
