Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Karissa B. Briggs was arrested Wednesday for aggravated DWI, muffler exhaust system violation and operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision. She is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

DWI: Chale C. Heim was arrested Wednesday for DWI, refusal to take a breath test, improper right turn, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway and an equipment violation. Heim is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

PERSONATION: Anthony S. Rogers was arrested Wednesday for false personation, unlicensed operation of a vehicle, driving with suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without financial security, operating a motor vehicle with obstructed vision, an equipment violation and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $1,000.

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Anthony R. Page, 39, of Fairgreen Drive, Amherst, was arrested Friday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He is being held in lieu of $250.

City of Tonawanda

HARASSMENT: John R. Luper III, 23, Simpson Street, was arrested for second-degree harassment and first-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court.
