Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda

LARCENY: David A. Thron, 49, of Rogers Drive, was charged Saturday with petit larceny. He was released on his own recognizance. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Erica M. Ralston, 27, of Burns Court, was arrested Sunday on a warrant for possession of a forged instrument. She was held for court. 

DWI: Jason D. Redden, 30, of Roncroff Drive, North Tonawanda, was arrested Sunday for DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, having open alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding and circumventing the interlock. He refused to take the breath test and was held for court. 

DWI: Kimberly D. Gervase, 41, George Urban Boulevard, Depew, was arrested Sunday for DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. She allegedly struck a parked vehicle on Delaware Avenue at Mullen Street and her blood alcohol content was 0.17 percent. She was held for court. 

Town of Tonawanda

DWI: Leila L. Jemison was arrested Sunday for DWI and failure to keep right. Her blood alcohol level was 0.12 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Francis P. Kiebzak III was arrested Saturday for DWI, leaving the scene of a property damage accident and stopping on a roadway. He allegedly hit a sign on the I-190 and then stopped his car on Woodward Avenue. His blood alcohol level was 0.14 percent and he was issued four traffic tickets.

MENACING: Suyapa A. Cubas was arrested Saturday on two counts of second-degree menacing and acting in a manner injurious to a child. She allegedly pointed a fake gun at children.

DWI: Julianne K. Bonnell was arrested Friday for aggravated DWI, failure to dim lights and an illegal signal. Her blood alcohol level was 0.24 percent and she was issued traffic tickets.
