Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DRUGS: Benjamin D. Lewis was arrested Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana, aggravated DWI, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. His blood alcohol content was 0.21 percent and he was issued traffic tickets.

RESISTING: James D. Allard was arrested Wednesday for resisting arrest. He allegedly built a barricade between himself and police. Allard was admitted to Erie County Medical Center.

DRUGS: Peter G. Servis, 20, of the Town of Tonawanda, was arrested Tuesday for unlawful possession of marijuana and a traffic device violation. He was issued an appearance ticket. 

DRUGS: David A. Calkins was arrested Tuesday for criminal possession of a controlled substance and having a controlled substance in a non-original container. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail.

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Danielle J. Sullivan, 34, of Sweeney Street, North Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a bench warrant for larceny. She was held for court. 

WARRANT: Matthew A. McMullen, 21, of Blackmore Court, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for larceny. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Robert R. Scott, 30, of Seminole Parkway, Buffalo, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for disorderly conduct. All fines were paid. 

DRUGS: Stephen R. Linderman, 19, of Delton Street, was arrested Thursday for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

North Tonawanda 

MISCHIEF: Anthony J. Sanders, 19, 114 Center Ave., lower, was charged at 10:50 p.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment. Sanders was held for court. 

DWI: Kaila R. Custo, 21, 163 80th St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 2:11 a.m. Friday with DWI. Custo had a blood alcohol content of 0.13 percent. She was released on $250 bail. 

VIOLATION: Patrick J. Cline, 19, 104 Miller St., was charged at 4:15 p.m. Thursday with violation of probation stemming from a petit larceny conviction. Cline was released on $250 bail.
