DRUGS: Jesse D. Swanson, 21, 319 Summit Blvd., was charged at 8:54 p.m. Friday with two counts of third-degree possession of a controlled substance, one count of fourth-degree controlled substance and one count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance. He is being held in lieu of $5,000 bail.

DWI: James P. Brady III, 31, 75 2nd Ave., was charged at 8:36 p.m. Friday with DWI and no headlights, following a traffic stop at Oliver and Robinson streets. His blood alcohol content was measured at .10 percent. He was held for court.

DWI: Kaila R. Custo, 21, 163 80th St., Niagara Falls, was charged at 2:11 a.m. Friday with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to keep right and crossing the center line following a traffic stop at Erie Avenue and Robinson Street. Her blood alcohol content was measured at .13 percent and she is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

WARRANT: Daniel J. O’Keefe, 19, 32 16th Ave., was charged at 2:04 a.m. Saturday on a warrant for petit larceny following an incident on Keil Street. He was held for court.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Sarah D. Karre, 17, 280 Douglas St, Tonawanda, was charged at 12:34 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct following an incident on Oliver Street. She is being held in lieu of $100 bail.
