Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda

LARCENY: Hyman L. Brown, 36, of Walden Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Wednesday for multiple counts of petit larceny. He allegedly stole Bose headphones and a stereo from BJ’s on Young Street on two separate occasions. He is being held in lieu of $10,000 bail. 

WARRANT: Darwin J. Domanski, 34, of Ross Avenue, Buffalo, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was held for court.

WARRANT: William A. Reilly, 28, of Oliver Street, North Tonawanda, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for petit larceny and sixth-degree conspiracy. The incident occurred Jan. 7, and Reilly was allegedly an accomplice to an employee stealing items at the Dollar General on Niagara Street. He was held for court.

DISCHARGE: Kyle J. Columbo, 20, 301 Payne Ave., upper, was charged at 12:53 p.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and discharge of a firearm or other weapon. He was held for court. 

CONTEMPT: David L. Serrano, 41, no permanent address, was charged at 1:34 p.m. Thursday with first-degree criminal contempt, second-degree aggravated harassment and second-degree tampering with evidence. He is being held at the Niagara County Jail.
