DRUGS: Robert W. Stine, 24, of Tremont Street, was arrested Sunday for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated DWI and failure to signal. He is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

SEXUAL ACT: Robert W. Miller, 37, 726 Oliver St., Apt. A-3, was charged at 11:29 a.m. Tuesday with third-degree criminal sexual act. He was held for court.

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Patrick R. Bugman, 33, of Sweet Home Road, Amherst, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant for DWI. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Jimmy T. Garcia, 58, of 67th Street, Niagara Falls, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He was held for court. 

WARRANT: Jocelyn C. Jackson, 21, of Lawn Avenue, Buffalo, surrendered Tuesday on a warrant for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. All fines were paid.
