Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda

DWI: William F. Krieger was arrested Thursday for DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle and speeding. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Justin M. Marohn was arrested Thursday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and an equipment violation. He refused a breath test and was issued traffic tickets.

DWI: Joseph A. Akright was arrested Tuesday for DWI, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He is being held in lieu of $250 bail.

BURGLARY: David  J. Camalleri Jr. was arrested Tuesday for third-degree burglary, petit larceny, criminal possession of a controlled substance and controlled substance in a non-original container. He allegedly stole items for a store and was held for court.

DRUGS: James W. Wohlleben was arrested Tuesday for unlawful possession of marijuana.

EXPOSURE: Richard O. Smith Jr., 54, of West Seneca, was arrested Monday for exposure of a person. He was issued an appearance ticket.

DAMAGE: Jason T. Vick was arrested Sunday for criminal intent to damage property. He was allegedly attempting to break into a home and damaged a door. Vick was admitted to Erie County Medical Center. 

City of Tonawanda

WARRANT: Priscilla M. Donahue, 34, of Ross Avenue, Buffalo, surrendered Friday on a warrant for petit larceny. She was held for court. 

CONSPIRACY: Ashley A. Williams, 21, of Eighth Avenue, North Tonawanda, was arrested Thursday for criminal possession of stolen property, sixth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny. She was held for court.

North Tonawanda

WARRANT: Ryan L. Beverly, 29, of Cottage Street, Lockport, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for criminal mischief. He is being held in lieu of $300 bail.
