DWI: Jacquelin M. Harbridge, 55, 1341 Caravalle Drive, Niagara Falls, was charged with DWI and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle following a traffic stop on Niagara Falls Boulevard at 7:49 p.m. Tuesday. A Niagara County Sheriff’s deputy said Harbridge crossed the center line multiple times and took nearly a minute to recognize his lights and sirens signaling her to pull over. She failed multiple field sobriety tests. A drug recognition expert was called to the scene to evaluate Harbridge, who submitted to blood and urine tests. Her license was suspended for a 2010 DWI conviction. She is being held in lieu of $750 bail.
