TRESPASS: Jessie M. Lockett, 31, 256 Meadow Drive, was charged at 12:52 a.m. Tuesday with petit larceny and trespass. Lockett is being held in lieu of $500 bail. 

City of Tonawanda

LARCENY: Pamela J. Schultz, 57, of Elderberry Place, Niagara Falls, was arrested Monday for larceny. She allegedly attempted to steal $220 worth of items from the Tops on Niagara Street. Schultz was released on an appearance ticket.

Kenmore

DRUGS: Stephen W. Blatner, 19, was charged Nov. 27 with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right. He was released on an appearance ticket.

LARCENY: Nicholas Knezevic, 21, was charged Nov. 27 with petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket.

DRUGS: Rebecca A. Vosburgh, 26, was arrested Nov. 28 for fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and speeding. She is being held in lieu of $7,500 bail.

DWI: Michael G. Ramsden, 52, was arrested Saturday for DWI, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, moving from a lane unsafely, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection certificate and passing a red light. He is being held in lieu of $2,500 bail.
