DWI: Niklas Kozlowski, 33, of Riverdale Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Wednesday for DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana and speeding. He was driving on Main Street and he was held for court.
CONTEMPT: Thomas D. Miskell, 51, of Grove Street, Tonawanda, was arrested Wednesday for first-degree criminal contempt, criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
DRUGS: Ryan D. Custer, 23, of Frederick Court, Tonawanda, was arrested Wednesday for unlawful possession of marijuana. He was released on an appearance ticket.
HARASSMENT: Anthony J. Adinolsi, 40, of West Delevan Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for second-degree harassment. He was held for court.
LARCENY: Sean C. Riordan, 20, of Stoney Point Road, Grand Island, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for petit larceny. He was held for court.
HARASSMENT: Dwayne E. Andrews, 35, of Morgan Street, Tonawanda, surrendered Thursday on a warrant for aggravated harassment. He was held for court.

CONTEMPT: Eric A. Guzenski, 22, 109 Harlem Road, West Seneca, was charged at 1:36 p.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. Guzenski was held for court.
