Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda 

POSSESSION: William L. Kennedy, 38, 2080 River Road, Lot 107, Niagara Falls, was charged at 5:53 p.m. Thursday with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and improper signal. He was held for court. 

City of Tonawanda 

POSSESSION: Andrew E. Leiser, 25, Filmore Avenue, was charged at 4:07 p.m. Thursday with unlawful possesion fo marijuana and unlawful possesion of fireworks. He was released on an court appearance ticket. 

WARRANT; Bryan A. McDaniel, 24, Roesch Avenue, Buffalo, turned himself in on a warrant and was charged with third-degree grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. McDaniel allegedly stole jewelry from family members over the course of several months frmom family members and was pawning it off for money. He was arraigned Friday on the two D felonies and held for court in lieu of $50,000 bail. He’s scheduled to return to court on Tuesday for a felony hearing.
