MENACING: Aaron M. Ordway was arrested Sunday for criminal possession of a weapon with intent to use, second-degree menacing, criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree obstructing governmental administration. He was involved in a fight at a bar. 

City of Tonawanda

CONTEMPT: Richard J. Singleton, 41, of North Cayuga Road, Williamsville, was arrested Wednesday for first-degree criminal contempt and unlawful imprisonment. He was involved in a fight with a female on Steiner Street and was held for court.

WARRANT: William J. Delaney, 32, of Delaware Street, surrendered Wednesday on a warrant for criminal obstruction of breathing, fourth-degree criminal mischief, unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment. The incident occurred Sept. 25. Delaney was held for court.

WARRANT: Joseph V. Miranda, 25, of Carlyle Avenue, Buffalo, was arrested on a bench warrant Wednesday for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. The incident occurred in September 2008. Miranda was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

DWI: Steven M. Garbus, 22, 1261 Doebler Drive, was arrested Tuesday for DWI, DWAI drugs and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance. He refused a blood alcohol test and was held for court.

LARCENY: Albert C. Gielow, 29, 447 Roncroff Drive, was arrested Tuesday for petit larceny. He was released on an appearance ticket. 

WARRANT: Shannon W. Ditillio, no known address, was arrested on a warrant Wednesday for second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal contempt.
