Tonawanda News — North Tonawanda

DISORDERLY: Tanya L. Kiesznoski, 28, 481 Duane Drive, was charged at 4:03 a.m. Sunday with disorderly conduct. She was held for court.

DISORDERLY: John D. Zaleski, 38, 232 Tremont St., Apt. A-2, was charged Sunday at his home with disorderly conduct. He was held for court.

RESISTING: James M. Martin, 42, 9502 Marine Memorial Drive 5, Niagara Falls, was charged at 3 a.m. Monday on Oliver Street with resisting arrest and first-degree criminal contempt. He was held for court. 

DISORDERLY: Brendan J. Anderson, 36, 655 Oliver St., lower apartment, was charged at 2:05 a.m. Saturday with disorderly conduct. He was held for court. 

IMPRISONMENT: Darius A. Myles, 26, 5227 Tuscarora Road, Niagara Falls, was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and unlawful imprisonment.  Police said the charges stem from a domestic incident. Myles was held for court.

DRUGS: Alina McKenna was arrested Friday for unlawful possession of marijuana, resisting arrest, unreasonable noise, equipment violation, operating a motor vehicle by an unlicensed driver, obstructed vision, drinking alcohol while operating a motor vehicle, and operating a vehicle without insurance. She posted $1000 bail and was given traffic tickets and an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Roy M. Nagel was arrested Friday for DWI and drinking while operating a motor vehicle. He refused a blood alcohol test and was given traffic tickets and an appearance ticket. 

DWI: Matthew A. Bettendorf was arrested Saturday for DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. He was attempting to turn around on Cleveland Drive and struck another vehicle. Bettendorf refused a blood alcohol test. He was given two traffic tickets and held.

HARASSMENT: Frank J. Morrocco was arrested Saturday for disobeying an order of protection mandate and second-degree harassment. 

DWI: Ryan R. Paxson was arrested Sunday for aggravated DWI and an illegal u-turn. He was traveling near Sheridan Drive and Eggert Road and his blood alcohol content was 0.20 percent.
