City of Tonawanda

ENDANGERING:

Kelly M. Olka, 39, of Maple Street, was arrested Thursday on a warrant for endangering the welfare of a child after an incident on July 4. She was held for court. 

North Tonawanda

HARASSMENT:

William J. Ripley, 43, 667 Oliver St., Apt. A3, was charged at 9:47 p.m. Wednesday with obstruction of breathing and harassment. He was held for court in lieu of $250 bail. 

POSSESSION:

Amanda L. Ricco, 26, 918 James Drive, Lewiston, was charged at 12:14 a.m. Thursday with criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was held for court. 

HARASSMENT: Thomas M. Wienckowski, 119 Washington Ave., upper, Kenmore, was charged at 11:15 a.m. with second-degree harassment. He was released on his own recognizance.
