Tonawanda News — Town of Tonawanda 

DWI: Christopher T. McNett was arrested Monday for unlawful possession of marijuana, DWI, registration plate display violation, moving from a lane unsafely and operating a motor vehicle without front and rear bumpers. He was driving on Niagara Falls Boulevard. 

DWI: Ranelle M. Scozzafava was arrested Monday for DWI and moving from a lane unsafely. Her blood alcohol level was 0.17 percent and she was issued three traffic tickets. 

HARASSMENT: Christopher M. Shaw was arrested Tuesday for second-degree harassment and trespassing.

TRESPASSING: Maurice R. Brown was arrested Wednesday for third-degree criminal trespassing. He was issued an appearance ticket.

HARASSMENT: Jonathon N. Luchey was arrested Nov. 1 for first-degree harassment and third-degree stalking.

North Tonawanda 

DWI: Mary E. Donegan, 28, 208 Thompson St., was charged at 1:11 a.m. Thursday on Wheatfield Street with DWI. She had a blood alcohol content of .13 and was held for court.
