Tonawanda News — City of Tonawanda 

WARRANT: Donald A. Militello, 27, Carney Street, surrendered on a warrant at 3:30 p.m. Thursday for second-degree harassment. All fines were paid and he was released. 

LARCENY: Shane A. Laport, 26, of Grand Island Boulevard, Grand Island, was charged at 6:53 p.m. on Niagara Street with petit larceny and shoplifting. Laport and another man were allegedly attempting to steal $200 worth of meat from Tops Friendly Markets when police were called. A warrant is being issued for the second suspect, police said.  

WARRANT: Bonnie R. Andrews, 34, Massachusetts Avenue, Buffalo, surrendered on a warrant at 10:10 a.m. Friday for a revoked registration. All fines were paid and she was released. 

North Tonawanda 

DWI: Joseph J. Grady, 22, 110 Hirst Street, Niagara Falls, was charged at 4:30 a.m. Friday on River Road with DWI. Grady refused to a breath alcohol test and was held for court. 

DWI: Gerald Gladney, 26, 2706 Mill Wood Court, Lexington, Ky., was charged at 2:09 a.m. Friday on River Road with DWI. Gladney refused a breath alcohol test and was released on $250 bail.
